Enameled glass:

Enameled glass is a type of glass made by applying ceramic paint on its surface and then drying and hardening it. Glass can be coated in two ways: with roller, or screen printed.

Advantages:

  • high resistance to atmospheric factors and thermal stresses,
  • higher resistance to mechanical damages,
  • characteristics of safe glass-lower risk of hurting when broken,
  • a wide range of colours (RAL).
Glass enameled with roller:

Effect Glass glass is enameled with roller which makes it possible to change the paint thickness on specific shapes and figures.

Production capacity:

Effect Glass possesses two types of rollers:

  • (25 groove/inch) for putting thinner layers of enamel- semi-transparent element so-called satin,
  • (55 groove/inch) for putting thicker layers of enamel, making non-transparent elements in various colours.

Enameled screen printed glass:

Silk screening is the technological process by which enameled coloured paints are applied to the glass through silk screen on which the printed image is present.

In case of glass, ceramic enamel is applied through silk screen which has specific size, shape and pattern. After the enamel application, glass is dried and then hardened. Glass with silk screening is often used in modern architecture. It has not only decorative qualities but is also safe and resistant to changing weather conditions.
